Are there any onboarding fees?

No onboarding fees are charged if you sign up before the end of your free trial. However, if you choose to sign up later, an onboarding fee may apply based on the volume of data to be loaded into our data warehouse. The exact fee will be included in your personalized quote.

Do you integrate with title software other than Qualia?

Not at this time but please reach out and let us know which platform you use. We're always open to expanding our offering!

How often do the reports refresh?

Reports refresh every 24 hours at 9 PM EST, capturing all activity from the current day.

Do you have AI functionality?

Yes! We are working on releasing predictive analytics by Q2 2025.

When do review requests get sent?

Review requests are sent on the next business day after the file is funded.

Is there a limit to the number of requests I can send?

Each plan includes up to 300 SMS requests (150 MMS requests) per month. If you need more, additional credits can be purchased for a small fee, which will be outlined in your quote.

Can I add more than one Google Business Location?

Yes, this works best for companies with multiple settlement agencies in Qualia. Please note, if you have multiple brick-and-mortar locations for the same settlement agency, you can only choose one to send review requests from.

Will agents and loan officers be sent review requests for each file they close with our title company?

No, we send only one request per contact (based on phone number and email address) to avoid sending duplicate requests.

Is the Reviews Center FTC compliant?

Yes, Hometrics Reviews Center is fully FTC compliant, ensuring that all review requests and processes meet regulatory standards.

Can I prevent negative reviews from being posted?

No, you cannot prevent users from leaving negative reviews. However, our system encourages clients with poor experiences to leave feedback directly within the platform, rather than posting immediately on Google.
